Tejas Jukar is an accomplished engineering leader with over 20 years of experience driving technological innovation across data platforms, mobile solutions, and full-stack development. He has a proven track record of scaling startups from $4M to $100M+ ARR and delivering customer-centric engineering solutions.
At Firstup, Tejas leads the Intelligence team, focusing on building high-performing teams and developing cost-efficient, AI-driven data systems. Previously at SocialChorus, he managed the Full Stack and Mobile Development teams, overseeing key projects on Android, iOS, and web platforms, and integrating enterprise-grade security while enhancing customer engagement. At DoubleDutch, he spearheaded web and mobile application development for event management using technologies like Go, NodeJS, and Redis. His earlier roles at SEVEN Networks and Larsen & Toubro Infotech further demonstrate his extensive expertise in mobile solutions.
Tejas’s deep experience in Mobile, Data, and AI positions him as an ideal advisor for

Outside of his professional life, Tejas mentors high school students exploring career paths and supports startup founders in overcoming technology challenges. He enjoys spending quality time with his family—his spouse, two daughters, and their 3-year-old German Shepherd, Maximus. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, woodworking, art, and continuously learning new skills that amuse his kids.
