Project Brief Description
Raccoon, a marketplace mobile application to satisfy all college student’s secondhand buying and selling needs. It allows students to easily browse and buy student items specific to their own campus. It is a place to conveniently make transactions with satisfaction in both seller getting rid of the items with some money back and buyer getting the products at an affordable price. This would also help with sustainability and environmental problems by reducing the wastes of college students.

Awards
Raccoon was this cohort's most decorated group, winning three separate awards. Professor Wang awarded Raccoon "Entrepreneurs of the Year" as they best demonstrated teamwork and the learning-by-doing spirit. Sean McCrary, Director of Business Operations Intelligence at Thermo Fisher Scientific, awarded them with "The Best Pitch." Lastly, Raccoon received the most votes by their peers for the "Student Choice Award."
